2021 & 2022 Highlights
2021 &2022 brought some super exciting opportunities over Semi Woo
Six years ago I began teaching meditation around Seattle, in person, donation based, wherever people would have me (thank you @wework !). The pandemic straight up blew but it did force me to reframe how mindfulness could be shared and discover (or dust off) my skills.
In 2023 I'll be doing a lot of writing and working more on contributing to the SemiWoo Blog and resource pages but I know my class/teaching/retreat days are far from over....
