I spent 8 days in the seaside desert of Baja California, MX breathing, learning, purifying and sharing with my fellow Spirit community.

It wasn't only the daily breathwork we both facilitated and processed that provided healing. It was the stimulating conversation at every meal. It was the amazing meals full of color and nourishment served by an incredible staff. We healed with the sound of the ocean as we fell asleep and woke up, every donkey hee haw and goat bell rung vibrated through us.

We saw whales jumping out of the ocean water and horses running on the beach. We expanded with the flash of each colorful bird, each rumble of belly laughs and every witnessed sob.

Ultimately we healed with each other on the Mexican land with mountains, sea, sky, air and energy that held it all.

WHAT A WEEK! So peaceful and FUN, so much clarifying energy, I have so much wisdom and lessons to integrate. I feel grounded and ready for the next chapter.

I am so very grateful to have been on this journey with these very people held in a strong container held by Tai Hubbert at Sword and Lotus @swordandlotus.
