A Nature Walk Meditation, Happy Earth Day!

1. Start your walk with an intention to focus on the natural world around you. Take a deep breath of fresh air in and out through your belly.

2. As you walk, let your whole focus be on the natural world around. Be curious about all plants, look up at tree's, track the clouds, birds , bugs and squirrels. Fall in love, be wowed, express gratitude, offer tears, laughter, singing, dance and most importantly, listen.

Be outside with intention, reverence & joy.

3. When your mind wonders, and it will, pull the natural world around you back into loving, excited focus. When your focus shifts away from the present moment, reel it back in with a deep breath and a refocus on Mother Earth.

BONUS: Plant a tree or plant!
