REGISTRATION COMING SOON!
Join Friends of Waterfront Park at Pier 62 for a rejuvenating evening that will begin with a brief breath meditation and lead into a deeply relaxing crystal bowl sound bath. Deep breathing and the sound bowl vibrations can help ground the nervous system and provide a unique opportunity to release, recalibrate, and begin anew.
All are welcome!
