Wednesday Nite Creative Outlet gives you space to get your creative juices flowing! No experience is necessary and each class will begin with a short meditation that will draw us into a place of openness and inspiration.

The bulk of the class will be a space of freedom for you to write, draw, paint, knit, weave, CREATE! Heads Up: this 40 minutes will be cell phone/tv/podcast/distraction free and include moments of group refocusing throughout. When we direct our energy toward creating something, the mind/body/soul have a chance to rest and create new thought patterns, revive stagnant growth and support healing.
