There are many ways to heal but one thing I know is if you set an intention for your journey, you’re going to feel the transformation way more! Intentional healing often involves a ceremony to mark it as special, even sacred.
Below I’ve included different options for healing on a lot of different levels. You can work with plants, the breath, move the body or talk it out and they’re all going to have a wonderful impact on your growth if you go into it with an open mind and the knowledge that NOTHING is a magic pill. Consult experts to make sure the medicine your considering is right for your mental healthy and physical state.
As with all medicine, remember to take time to learn about its roots, origins and the original stewards. Take steps to only receive medicine from sustainable, Earth & People loving means and compensate those in the healing arts with open hearted generosity. The work is deeper than one could imagine!
