#gratituderaising: Writers

#GRATITUDE RAISING GOING OUT TO WRITERS. In my current entrepreneurial pursuit I’m constantly reminded that the ability to convey feeling with the agonizingly limited communication of WORDS is nothing short of magic. THANK YOU for trying and often time succeeding!

Daring to Love Myself

I have a really beautiful Spirit. {Enter voice telling me that's bitchly selfish}

I'm very kind, I want people to feel welcome, I actually 100% certified do love to laugh, I'm understanding {Enter voice saying, “Hell Yea, all that is true. But what about how you.....”)

STOP. I'm saying right here and right now that I'm no longer going discount myself just to say something nice about myself.

Deep Friendship Healing in the Desert

I just spent a week of expansion and healing with one of my closest friends, spirit sister and long time creative project partner. We spent time talking deeply and openly, partaking in a few plant medicine ceremonies and in meditation in San Diego, Palm Desert and Joshua Tree. WE ARE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PEOPLE than when we started the week.

Mindfulness in Real Life- Meal Time

It doesn't take a Google search to conclude that thanksgiving and ceremony before mealtime has fallen by the wayside. In our attempts to maximize our day, we tend to pair the time to nourish our bodies with email checking, driving or getting a pedicure (I've seen it!). Imagine a meal where you paused before your first bite instead of digging right in...seems almost revolutionary.

Laugh, back us up with an amen and expand in this rousing Semi-Woo episode (we promise this ain't your grandmas podcast!)
