🌕Happy Full Cold Moon in Cancer!!♋️ I’m writing this to you at the airport on my way to Accra, Ghana. 🇬🇭 This is my first time to Africa where my ancestors thrived before the chattel slave industry began. Truly there isn’t a better moon for a Homecoming than the Cancer Full moon and it’s all happening during the Winter Solstice and a hearty Mercury Retrograde aka the messages on security, family, compassion, heritage and home are coming in RED HOT.

🦀Evolve your boundaries. Your Cancerian Crab shells (boundaries) serve to give your life meaning and context. That same shell can also stunt growth and leave you feeling trapped, constricted or slow to grow. Take a lesson from the crab and make sure that you’re regularly molting, regularly recognizing when you’ve outgrown your boundaries and are ready to move into something more spacious and fitting for your ever evolving spirit. Do not drag that old shell into the new chapter!
🎭Emo is Supremo. Emotions are what makes us human, emotions connect us and create the texture and symphony of life. When emotions are stuffed down, denied or shamed, sh** gets weird fast and disconnection and loss of empathy is rapid. It is beautiful, invigorating and oh so educational to tap into the wisdom of your emotions. Shed guilt around anger, remove shame around grief, embrace joy, it’s not frivolous. People pay a lot of money (and do a lot of drugs) to FEEL, anything, so when you feel, anything, rejoice, tap in and most importantly: listen.
