Happy New Moon in Virgo!! Calling all spaceships back to Mother Earth! We’re coming out of a moon cycle that was full of introspection and growth potential along with the end of the latest Mercury Retrograde journey. We’re also moving into the changing of the seasons. Aka there are bags and bags of lessons and wisdom to be integrated! Before you start stressing about how to win some sort of spiritual growth race, take a deep breath and pause. Keep Your Thoughts in The Here & Now: While overthinking feels so very productive it’s a trap door into overwhelm & overkill. Nothing stagnates a flow and a manifestation like overthought and expectation! Release the pressure of a full head with deeply intentional actions and rituals like putting bare feet on grass, journaling/visioning, breathwork, ceremony and meditation. A focus on small mundane tasks and chores will do too. These actions draw you forth into awareness of the present moment which gives your Flow a chance to untangle, release and reset. Take the invitation to be more present because the unfolding journey toward our Dreams is often juicer than the fleeting moment in which we receive them!
Everyone Is A Main Character: Develop your understanding that other people have their own emotions, sets of rules and levels of judgment. It can be incredibly rough to connect with people and enjoy community if you’re constantly managing people into aligning more with You instead of aligning more with Themselves. Get back into your personal path and everything falls into place.
Replace Comparison w/ Appreciation: Humans will constantly create resistance in our lives by comparing who we are now with our Ideal Selves. Ugh why do we do that!? If we’re constantly moving the target of Ideal Self as we grow then it seems we’re setting ourselves up to always fall short. Surrender the bottomless pit fight for perfection. Stop comparing where you’re at with where you’re not and learn to appreciate the beauty, abundance and alignment that is around you (you know it’s there, admit it!). When you trade the weapon of comparison for the medicine of gratitude the feel of your Flow shifts from a fight into a dance.
Happy Birthday Virgos!! Thank you for lessons in being organized and on it with our self care rituals and our ability to organize, process and align our Earth Self with our Spirit Self. May they always dance!
I am riding so high on this Virgo New Moon as this Virgo Moon sign just experienced Beyonce's Renaissance World Tour in Vancouver on Monday and will experience it again in Seattle tonight!! Words don’t exist for how next level this show is. Only a Virgo could do it like this lolol. I’ve never seen anything like it and I will never be the same (twice!)!!!
