We’ll use our time in this workshop to connect with our breath and create space within. When we can connect with our breath we can enjoy the peace outside the hamster wheel of our thoughts; even a few moments of this practice is transformative for mind, body and soul.
We’ll open the session with a breath warmup of sorts and ease into a meditative rhythm. We’ll anchor our session with a crystal bowl sound bath and close with an opportunity to release anything that no longer serves you. I’d say if you’re looking for a reset, this space may be for you!

-Sacred Items to charge on the altar
-Eye mask, ear plugs, clothing layers (for sensory management)
-Sound baths do not involve water or getting wet
