If you're constantly scraping the bottom of your energy barrel you normalize depletion and exhaustion to the ones around. We all know what happens when you try to give more than you ACTUALLY have to give: you quickly burn out, you grow resentful and your sparkle fades.
I love taking classes and trying new things but for many reasons I often show up kicking and screaming, terrified about future moments of imperfection or failure. It’s a huge drain of energy, especially considering it’s usually something I really want to do! I’m breaking through major limitations around Perfectionism.

My friend recently sent me a picture of a plus sized model. I’m sitting in a moment right now where I have decided to view my thoughts upon looking at this picture. I’m noticing how DRASTICALLY different my true feelings and my old thoughts on someone’s body are.
