Transformation Can Be Uncomfortable

Transformation Can Be Uncomfortable

GO. WITH. THE. FLOW. Easier said than done, I know! But there's only one thing harder: Resisting the flow. Often things get the most tough, unwound and chaotic right before a transformation. A knee jerk reaction to dig your heels in and cling to all your baggage is understandable but it's not effective. No real growth process operates like a light switch (although the initial "ah-ha!" realization moment makes it feel that way). The process of dismantling your expired thought patterns will feel more like an ocean, a seemingly endless ride of ups and down, calm and chaos....settle in and accept that we're in a rocky part of the human experience. One of those patches in the history books where you wonder how people found the strength to rebuild their cities, families and businesses after surviving a mighty blow.  They didn't know at the time that things we're going to  get better. We're in a THING!! A rocky part of the human experience, a valley of life, but we are going to  rise together, in this lifetime, because enough of us dreamed there could be a better way.
